No complaints shall be entertained without a proper opening video. Items purchased from clearance sale are not eligible for complaints

Luxely is not responsible for any delay caused by courier partner. we dispatch orders within 2-5 working days from warehouse. Delivery time depends on courier partner and your location. Please note that luxely is an e-commerce website and doesn't directly deliver to customers but uses domestic courier services. Hence, luxely shall not be held liable for any delays occuring after dispatch.
You can raise a complaint via email if it has been delayed for over 30 days and our team will help solve it.
