How can I track my orders?When you place an order with us, it usually takes us 1-3 days to dispatched your package from our warehouse. Once your order is picked up by our courier partner you will receive an email with the tracking link. You can click on the link to track your package and view its current location and status.

Mode of payment?we accept all modes of payments- Gpay , phonepe, UPI, Net banking, debit card, credit card and COD.

Delivery time?We aim to fulfill orders between 3 to 7 working days. However, interior and rural areas might take up to 15 days. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 72 hours.

Shipping Charges?Standard shipping charges are Rs.70 all over India.

How do i know if my order is confirmed?We send order confirmation notifications via email. Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive an order ID, payment confirmation and other order related details in email. You will also receive tracking details once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse which approximately takes 1-3 days after the order is placed.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
